What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

No casually lateness here! We will be operating right on time for the ceremony, so please be here and seated by 3:25 PM.

Can I book the hotel outside of Vacations with Flair travel agency?

· We are working directly with the hotel to get our loved ones the best rate! · Guests MUST BOOK the Hard Rock Punta Cana Resort & Casino to attend the wedding.

What's included in the booking rate?

Individual room rates include: roundtrip airport transfers, private wedding events, unlimited dining at specialty restaurants, unlimited top shelf drinks, WiFi, international calls, all day and night-time activities and entertainment, 24-hour room service, taxes & gratuities. Room prices are listed PER PERSON, based on occupancy and require a MINIMUM STAY of 3 nights.

Should I get travel insurance?

Optional and a personal preference. Insurance is always recommended as the coverage allows you to cancel at any time for a refund or credit. Trip insurance protects your investment. Travel Protection Plan payment is required at time of booking. Once paid, Travel Protection Plan is non-refundable.
